Justin Fix is the Founder and Creative Director of Just Fix It Productions, which he established in 2015. With roots in theater beginning at age seven, Justin has built a multifaceted career spanning live events, spirits and hospitality, film, and large-scale wedding planning and production. His early foundation in performance and storytelling continues to inform his hands-on, concept-to-execution approach.

Throughout his career, Justin has helped build and execute culturally influential hospitality and spirits brands, including The Blind Barber, Bash Please, and brand launches alongside Proximo, Bacardi and Suntory Spirits. Beyond production, he has cultivated and sustained a creative community supporting over 200 artists across multiple mediums, fostering collaboration, mentorship, and opportunity. Known for blending big-picture creativity with practical problem-solving, Justin works closely with writers, producers, and technical teams to bring bold ideas to life. Stephanie Turek is the Head of Production at Just Fix It Productions and a founding member of the company’s original creative team. She oversees projects from development through delivery with precision, creativity, and calm authority. Known for translating bold ideas into seamless productions, Stephanie brings a sharp editorial eye, strong leadership, and a deep respect for collaboration to every project.

Beyond the desk, she is a creative force in her own right, with hands-on contributions spanning choreography, costuming, and casting. Her extensive background in live entertainment and large-scale performance includes work with Dancing with the Stars, Doja Cat, Walt Disney World, and Stiletto Entertainment/Holland America Cruise Line—experience that informs her ability to manage complex productions with clarity, efficiency, and creative integrity. Daniel Montgomery is an in-house writer at Just Fix It Productions and a founding member of the company’s creative team. Since the company’s earliest days, he has helped shape its voice and storytelling approach, developing original concepts, scripts, and narrative frameworks across a range of projects.

Daniel’s training includes USC, NCSA, UCB, and The Groundlings, grounding his work in strong character, structure, and voice. His film, television, and theatre credits include the queer ghost feature The Jessica Cabin (currently streaming on Tubi), as well as Barry (2018), Insecure (2016), and Muppets Now (2020). Known for his adaptability and sharp instincts, Daniel collaborates closely with producers and creatives to guide ideas from early development through production, translating creative vision into clear, compelling narratives. @danielxmontgomery

JT Swierczek is an Executive Producer at Just Fix It Productions and a founding member of the company’s creative leadership team, with more than two decades of experience building brands, businesses, and creative ventures from the ground up. He shares an 18-year business and creative partnership with Founder and Creative Director Justin Fix, rooted in deep trust and the belief that the strongest ideas are built—not inherited.

Known for forging expansive partnerships and enduring brand relationships, JT translates creative vision into strategic opportunity and execution. His career includes leading Southern California operations for Red Bull USA and leading Bev, which he scaled from startup to successful acquisition.

In 2025, JT launched Smokeye Hill Bourbon, an award-winning brand named Bourbon of the Year in 2024, further cementing his track record of building culturally resonant, commercially impactful brands. His work is driven by conviction, calculated risk, and a relentless pursuit of originality.

Ryan Dohner is the Technical Director at Just Fix It Productions, specializing in scenic lighting and audio. With a deep understanding of both creative vision and technical execution, he oversees the design, integration, and operation of production systems that support seamless live and filmed experiences.

Ryan’s past credits and technical feats include large-scale immersive installations for Disney, Six Flags, and Airbnb, experience that informs his ability to execute complex technical environments with precision and reliability. Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Ryan collaborates closely with creative and production teams to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
