-All ticket sales are final & non-refundable.
-No admission under 21. No ID; No Entry.
-“The Willows” is not recommended for audience members who are not comfortable with walking, standing, climbing stairs, heights, moments of complete darkness, mature themes, or being in close proximity to strangers. Your attendance and punctuality are stressed, as this show is created for you.
-The duration of your evening will be approximately 2 hours.
-We reserve the right to refuse or remove guests from the show due to inappropriate behavior at any time without refund or re-admittance.
-Please arrive sober. Drink and light food are provided throughout the performance.
-Due to the nature of the location, “The Willows” is not wheelchair accessible.
-Please follow all directions and instructions; inability to follow instructions could result in removal.
-No intermission or breaks; however restrooms are available on site.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING WAIVER CAREFULLY, AS IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY PROCEEDING WITH REGISTERING FOR THE EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

1. By completing registration, I understand and accept the risks of injury and/or death from the activities involved at this live, immersive experiential event, set to occur at The Beckett Mansion in Los Angeles, CA from August 2025 - 2026 (the “Event”), includes, but is not limited to the following: sprains, strains, fractures, and accidents involving, but not limited to, running, falling, jumping, contact with scenery/objects, contact with other patrons, acts or omissions of other patrons, and/or contact with performers.

2. AFTER THE OPPORTUNITY TO FULLY INFORM MYSELF ABOUT THE EVENT, I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL SUCH RISKS, BOTH KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, and assume full responsibility and all such risks in connection with my participation in the Event.

3. I voluntarily agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual and/or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such hazard to the attention of the nearest official/representative.

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and/or next of kin, forever WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Just Fix It Productions LLC (“Organizer”) and Nuno Productions LLC and their respective parent and affiliated companies, officers, directors, representatives, officials, principals, agents and/or employees, subsidiaries, and/or assigns, as well as their independent contractors, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, volunteers, (collectively, the "Releases"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, and/or loss or damage to person or property, incurred by me in connection with participation in the Event. I further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Releases from any loss, liability, cost, claim or damages arising from my participation in or association with activities and events organized and sponsored by Organizer.

5. I attest and verify that, unless otherwise indicated below, I am free from all illnesses, injuries and defects that could interfere with my safe participation in the Event and that I have no condition that will cause a severe reaction to strobe lights, loud noises, sudden movement, or the viewing of haunters and haunted scenes. My participation in the Event and the associated activities organized or sponsored by Organizer is entirely voluntary.

6. I consent to administration of first aid and other medical treatment in the event of injury or illness and hereby release and indemnify Releases from any and all
liability or claims arising out of any such treatment.

7. The Releases reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to postpone, cancel, and/or modify the Event.

8. I hereby consent to being filmed and/or photographed and irrevocably grant permission to the Releases to use, reproduce, sell, distribute, and/or assign any and all photographs, images, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other depiction of any kind of me or of my participation in the Event or related activities, in whatever manner Releases shall deem appropriate. Such permission shall include any promotional, advertising or marketing materials in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without any compensation to me. I acknowledge that Releases and their representatives shall have the unlimited right throughout the world to copyright, use, reuse, publish, republish, broadcast and otherwise distribute depictions of or information about me and all or any portion of the Event in which I may appear on any and all radio, network, cable and local television programs and in any print materials and in any other format or media (including electronic media) now known or hereinafter devised in perpetuity and without compensation to me. In consideration and in return for being allowed to participate in the Event, I release and agree not to sue the Releasees from all present and future claims regarding my participation in the Event that may be made by me, my family, estate heirs, or assigns.
